Ingredients for 1

  • Pork loin 1/2 roast approx 3 lbs

  • Fresh rosemary

  • Salt and pepper

  • Tablespoon butter

  • 1 clove garlic

Directions

  • Step 1

    Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 145.0ºF / 62.8ºC.

  • Step 2

    Season roast with salt and pepper, place roast in bag, place sprigs of fresh rosemary around roast, add 1 clove of garlic

  • Step 3

    Vacuum seal

  • Step 4

    Cook time = 3.5 hours

    • Grill

      Heat grill to high heat and sear roast to desired color.
