Rosemary Pork Loin
This recipe is for a 1/2 pork loin roast not the smaller tenderloin. Cooking at 145 for 3.5 hours produces a very moist and tender yet firm result that can has a classic meaty and not too soft chew.

Ingredients
- Pork loin 1/2 roast approx 3 lbs
- Fresh rosemary
- Salt and pepper
- Tablespoon butter
- 1 clove garlic
Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 145.0ºF / 62.8ºC.
- Season roast with salt and pepper, place roast in bag, place sprigs of fresh rosemary around roast, add 1 clove of garlic
- Vacuum seal
- Cook time = 3.5 hours
Grill
- Heat grill to high heat and sear roast to desired color.
