Ingredients for 4

  • Fresh Rosemary

  • Kosher salt to taste

  • Fresh cracked black pepper

  • Grass fed butter

  • Rib eye steak (3)

Directions

  • Step 1

    Season to taste with kosher salt and fresh cracked black pepper.

  • Step 2

    Add a tbsp of grass fed butter.

  • Step 3

    Add fresh rosemary (fresh thyme works, too)

  • Step 4

    Sous vide at 135 degrees for half hour for medium rare/medium.

  • Step 5

    Flash sear on a hot cast iron pan until desired doneness.
