Ingredients
- Fresh Rosemary
- Kosher salt to taste
- Fresh cracked black pepper
- Grass fed butter
- Rib eye steak (3)
Directions
- Season to taste with kosher salt and fresh cracked black pepper.
- Add a tbsp of grass fed butter.
- Add fresh rosemary (fresh thyme works, too)
- Sous vide at 135 degrees for half hour for medium rare/medium.
- Flash sear on a hot cast iron pan until desired doneness.
