Ingredients for 0

  • Two 6-oz top sirloin steaks

  • 2 sprigs of fresh rosemary

  • 1 tsp black pepper

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 4 cloves of crushed fresh garlic

  • 1tbsp olive oil

Directions

    1. Preheat sous. IDE water bath to 129F

    2. Apply salt and pepper to each steak and add to sous vide cooking bag. Add two cloves to cover one side of each steak. Seal the bag
