Rosemary Garlic Sous Vide Sirloin Steak

Ingredients
- Two 6-oz top sirloin steaks
- 2 sprigs of fresh rosemary
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 4 cloves of crushed fresh garlic
- 1tbsp olive oil
Directions
- 1. Preheat sous. IDE water bath to 129F
- 2. Apply salt and pepper to each steak and add to sous vide cooking bag. Add two cloves to cover one side of each steak. Seal the bag
- 3. Set timer for 2 hrs.
Finishing Steps
- 4. When cooking is done, remove bags from water, remove steaks, and sear on a grill or iron skillet over high heat for 30 seconds per side.
