Sirloin steaks (Costco – 2)
Kosher salt
Black pepper
Garlic – dried minced or fresh cloves
Rosemary – 1 sprig per steak
Olive oil

Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 130.0ºF / 54.4ºC.

Season steaks with kosher salt, black pepper, garlic, and rosemary sprigs

Arrange steaks separately within a single bag or in individual bags. This helps to ensure that each steak gets the full benefit of the seasoning.
