  • Sirloin steaks (Costco – 2)

  • Kosher salt

  • Black pepper

  • Garlic – dried minced or fresh cloves

  • Rosemary – 1 sprig per steak

  • Olive oil

Directions

    Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 130.0ºF / 54.4ºC.

  • Step 2

    Season steaks with kosher salt, black pepper, garlic, and rosemary sprigs

  • Step 3

    Arrange steaks separately within a single bag or in individual bags. This helps to ensure that each steak gets the full benefit of the seasoning.

    Submerse steaks in water bath– I use a small cooler to maintain optimal temperature
