Ingredients
- Sirloin steaks (Costco – 2)
- Kosher salt
- Black pepper
- Garlic – dried minced or fresh cloves
- Rosemary – 1 sprig per steak
- Olive oil
Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 130.0ºF / 54.4ºC.
- Season steaks with kosher salt, black pepper, garlic, and rosemary sprigs
- Arrange steaks separately within a single bag or in individual bags. This helps to ensure that each steak gets the full benefit of the seasoning.
- Vacuum seal
- Submerse steaks in water bath– I use a small cooler to maintain optimal temperature
- Cover with foil to minimize evaporation
- Cook for one hour

- Preheat pan until very hot
- Sear steaks in olive oil for 45 to 60 seconds
