      Preheat BBQ After cooking time is finished remove meat from the bag, dry as best as you can. Apply a thin layer of mayo to all sides of the meat. Place on BBQ turning every minute or so, so that all sides are nicely browned. Remove from BBQ and enjoy!! Save drippings if you like gravy
