Ingredients
- 3-5lb roast beef cheaper cut is best
- Salt
- Pepper
- Garlic powder
- Mayo
Directions
- Season beef generously.
Place into vacuum sealer bag and seal.
Place into water at 130
Finishing Steps
- Preheat BBQ
After cooking time is finished remove meat from the bag, dry as best as you can.
Apply a thin layer of mayo to all sides of the meat. Place on BBQ turning every minute or so, so that all sides are nicely browned. Remove from BBQ and enjoy!!
