Ingredients for 2
Ribeye steak about 1 1/2 inches thick
Salt
Pepper
Garlic powder
Seasoned salt
Butter
Rosemary
Directions

Step 1
Season steak well. Then vacuum seal

Add steak to sous vide bath at 137 degrees Fahrenheit and cook for 1-4 hours (I’ve had the best luck with 2hours)

Once done take steak out and pat to dry off

Have a cast iron skillet heated up with oil over medium high heat

Step 5
Add butter to pan right before adding steak to it

Step 6
Seer for 15-30 seconds then flip and keep doing that for about 2 minutes or until good sear all around

Step 7
Add a little more butter and sprig of rosemary with 30 seconds left if you want to

Take steak out and let rest for a couple minutes
