Ingredients
- Ribeye steak about 1 1/2 inches thick
- Salt
- Pepper
- Garlic powder
- Seasoned salt
- Butter
- Rosemary
Directions
- Season steak well. Then vacuum seal
- Add steak to sous vide bath at 137 degrees Fahrenheit and cook for 1-4 hours (I’ve had the best luck with 2hours)
- Once done take steak out and pat to dry off
- Have a cast iron skillet heated up with oil over medium high heat
- Add butter to pan right before adding steak to it
- Seer for 15-30 seconds then flip and keep doing that for about 2 minutes or until good sear all around
- Add a little more butter and sprig of rosemary with 30 seconds left if you want to
Finishing Steps
- Take steak out and let rest for a couple minutes
- Feast!
