  1. Season steak well. Then vacuum seal
  2. Add steak to sous vide bath at 137 degrees Fahrenheit and cook for 1-4 hours (I’ve had the best luck with 2hours)
  3. Once done take steak out and pat to dry off
  4. Have a cast iron skillet heated up with oil over medium high heat
  5. Add butter to pan right before adding steak to it
  6. Seer for 15-30 seconds then flip and keep doing that for about 2 minutes or until good sear all around
  7. Add a little more butter and sprig of rosemary with 30 seconds left if you want to

Finishing Steps

  1. Take steak out and let rest for a couple minutes
  2. Feast!
