  • Ribeye (prime)

  • Salt

  • Garlic

Directions

  • Step 1

    Pat steak dry with paper towels.

  • Step 2

    Salt steak, healthy portion.

  • Step 3

    Smash two garlic gloves.

  • Step 4

    Place garlic and steak in ziplock bag with garlic on steak.

  • Step 5

    Put in sous vide for two hours at 122

  • Step 6

    Sear steak with blow torch.

  • Step 7

    Let rest for 10 minutes.
