In doing this again, I will salt the night before. But it turned out great.

Ingredients
- Ribeye (prime)
- Salt
- Garlic
Directions
- Pat steak dry with paper towels.
- Salt steak, healthy portion.
- Smash two garlic gloves.
- Place garlic and steak in ziplock bag with garlic on steak.
- Put in sous vide for two hours at 122
- Sear steak with blow torch.
- Let rest for 10 minutes.
