  1. Pat steak dry with paper towels.
  2. Salt steak, healthy portion.
  3. Smash two garlic gloves.
  4. Place garlic and steak in ziplock bag with garlic on steak.
  5. Put in sous vide for two hours at 122
  6. Sear steak with blow torch.
  7. Let rest for 10 minutes.
