Ingredients for 1

  • 1 steak at least 2,5-3 cm thick

  • 1 % of steak weight in salt

  • 2 smashed garlics

  • Pepper

  • 15-30 ml of oil

  • TO add on the pan: Dashed garlics, thymine, dashed onions OR asparagus

Directions

  • Step 1

    Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 53.5ºC / 128.3ºF

      15-30 ml of oil.  Wait until the pan/oil is smoking. Put on the steak. Flip after 3-4 min. add some dashed onions, thymine and dashed garlics on the pan. Alternatively (Instead) add fresh asparagus when you flip the steak. Remember to season the asparagus with salt and pepper.
