  1. Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 53.5ºC / 128.3ºF

  1. 15-30 ml of oil.  Wait until the pan/oil is smoking. Put on the steak. Flip after 3-4 min. add some dashed onions, thymine and dashed garlics on the pan. Alternatively (Instead) add fresh asparagus when you flip the steak. Remember to season the asparagus with salt and pepper.
