Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 135 / 56.7ºC.

Place steak in zip lock bag. Add a little salt, pepper and garlic to both sides. Seal bag and cook.

Take steak out of Sous vide. Pat dry and place in fridge under paper towel for 10 minutes

Place cast iron pan on stove and heat on high. Add 1 1/2 Tbsp oil to pan. Remove steak from fridge and sear each side for Aprox 1 1/2 minute per side and serve.
