Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 135 / 56.7ÂșC.
- Place steak in zip lock bag. Add a little salt, pepper and garlic to both sides. Seal bag and cook.
Finishing Steps
- Take steak out of Sous vide. Pat dry and place in fridge under paper towel for 10 minutes
- Place cast iron pan on stove and heat on high. Add 1 1/2 Tbsp oil to pan. Remove steak from fridge and sear each side for Aprox 1 1/2 minute per side and serve.
