Rib grilling steaks
Salt & Pepper
White wine
Balsamic vinegar
Dijon mustard
Olive oil
Rice wine vinegar
Worcestershire sauce
Directions

Step 1
Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 135.0ºF / 57.2ºC.

Step 2
Marinate for up to 24 hours.

Step 3
Remove from marinade. Reserve marinade.Put into sealed ziploc.

Place in sous vide.

Step 5
Boil marinade, add sugar. Allow to thicken. Might need a bit of cornstarch & cold water. Use as sauce while grilling steaks.

Grill

Grill using medium high heat. Grill 3 minutes for rare Grill 7-9 minutes for medium rare Grill 15 mins for well done
