Ingredients

Directions

  1. Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 135.0ºF / 57.2ºC.
  2. Marinate for up to 24 hours.
  3. Remove from marinade. Reserve marinade.Put into sealed ziploc.
  4. Place in sous vide.
  5. Boil marinade, add sugar. Allow to thicken. Might need a bit of cornstarch & cold water. Use as sauce while grilling steaks.

Grill

  1. Grill using medium high heat. Grill 3 minutes for rare Grill 7-9 minutes for medium rare Grill 15 mins for well done
