Ingredients
- Rib grilling steaks
- Salt & Pepper
- White wine
- Balsamic vinegar
- Dijon mustard
- Olive oil
- Rice wine vinegar
- Worcestershire sauce
Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 135.0ºF / 57.2ºC.
- Marinate for up to 24 hours.
- Remove from marinade. Reserve marinade.Put into sealed ziploc.
- Place in sous vide.
- Boil marinade, add sugar. Allow to thicken. Might need a bit of cornstarch & cold water. Use as sauce while grilling steaks.
Grill
- Grill using medium high heat.
Grill 3 minutes for rare
Grill 7-9 minutes for medium rare
Grill 15 mins for well done
