    Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 120.0ºF / 48.9ºC.

  • Step 2

    After Anova has preheated to 120 degrees place bagged seasoned steak in bath.

      Remove the steak from the vacuum packed bag and place on hot grill one minute on each side
