- Generously season and place in vacuum bag
- Seal
Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 120.0ºF / 48.9ºC.
- After Anova has preheated to 120 degrees place bagged seasoned steak in bath.
- Remove the steak from the vacuum packed bag and place on hot grill one minute on each side
