Seasoned Rib Eye or T-Bone Steak
Salt and Pepper
Rosemary
Thyme
Thinly sliced Garlic
Unsalted buttet
Directions

Step 1
Generously season both sides with salt and pepper

Step 2
Distribute the sliced garlic over one side of the steak.

Place a sprig of fresh rosemary and thyme on top of the garlic

Place the steak in a vacuum seal bag (garlic/herb side down on the textured side of the bag) and seal

When water bath is ready, drop the steak and cook for 1.5-2hrs

Pat dry and place in a cast iron skillet with 2TBS unsalted butter, coat steak with butter on both sides.

With a kitchen torch, sear both sides and the edges until crispy.
