Ingredients
- Seasoned Rib Eye or T-Bone Steak
- Salt and Pepper
- Rosemary
- Thyme
- Thinly sliced Garlic
- Unsalted buttet
Directions
- Generously season both sides with salt and pepper
- Distribute the sliced garlic over one side of the steak.
- Place a sprig of fresh rosemary and thyme on top of the garlic
- Place the steak in a vacuum seal bag (garlic/herb side down on the textured side of the bag) and seal
- When water bath is ready, drop the steak and cook for 1.5-2hrs
Finishing Steps
- Pat dry and place in a cast iron skillet with 2TBS unsalted butter, coat steak with butter on both sides.
- With a kitchen torch, sear both sides and the edges until crispy.
