This is a delicious recipe, very simple and you can also add whatever you want. Make sure you wash all ingredients before use. I also added a custard essence here but feel free to add what you want. This works so well served over ice with gin and vodka, or even just with tonic.

Ingredients for 10

  • Sweetener tablets 5

  • Rhubarb 8 large

  • Raspberry or works well with strawberry 2/3 punnet

  • Water

  • Syrup of your choice 2ml

Directions

  • Step 1

    Slice all your rhubarb and wash. Drain and wash again same with your raspberries.

  • Step 2

    Add all ingredients to your bag or jar, fruit and sweetener and add water to the top. Seal and set the temperature on the Anova.

  • Step 3

    Once it’s finished cooking strain and pass into a bottle and cool for around 24hrs or if you cannot wait use the anova cool ice bath. Enjoy drink.
