Rhurbarb and Raspberry Syrup

This is a delicious recipe, very simple and you can also add whatever you want. Make sure you wash all ingredients before use. I also added a custard essence here but feel free to add what you want. This works so well served over ice with gin and vodka, or even just with tonic.

  1. Slice all your rhubarb and wash. Drain and wash again same with your raspberries.
  2. Add all ingredients to your bag or jar, fruit and sweetener and add water to the top. Seal and set the temperature on the Anova.
  3. Once it’s finished cooking strain and pass into a bottle and cool for around 24hrs or if you cannot wait use the anova cool ice bath. Enjoy drink.
