  • Achiote Paté 1.2 oz (34 g)

  • Apple Cider Vinegar 0.8 oz (23 g)

  • Liquid Smoke 0.17 oz (5 g)

  • Salt 2 g

Directions

  • Step 1

    Preheat water bath to 150 F.

  • Step 2

    Combine sauce mix into blender and mix thoroughly.

  • Step 3

    Pre-sear chicken (optional)

  • Step 4

    Add 4 oz of sauce and chicken to bag, seal.

  • Step 5

    Cook for 1-3 hours at 150 F.

      Pour sauce from bag and reduce over medium heat.

      Grill

    • Step 2

      Slice chicken and serve with reduced sauce.
