Ketchup 1.2 oz (34 g)
Achiote Paté 1.2 oz (34 g)
Apple Cider Vinegar 0.8 oz (23 g)
Liquid Smoke 0.17 oz (5 g)

Directions

Step 1
Preheat water bath to 150 F.

Combine sauce mix into blender and mix thoroughly.

Pre-sear chicken (optional)

Add 4 oz of sauce and chicken to bag, seal.

Cook for 1-3 hours at 150 F.

Pour sauce from bag and reduce over medium heat.
