  1. Preheat water bath to 150 F.
  2. Combine sauce mix into blender and mix thoroughly.
  3. Pre-sear chicken (optional)
  4. Add 4 oz of sauce and chicken to bag, seal.
  5. Cook for 1-3 hours at 150 F.

Finishing Steps

  1. Pour sauce from bag and reduce over medium heat.
  2. Grill
  3. Slice chicken and serve with reduced sauce.
