Ingredients
- 2 chicken breast/thigh
- Tomato Paste 2 oz
- Water 2 oz
- Worcestershire Sauce 0.8 oz (23 g)
- Ketchup 1.2 oz (34 g)
- Achiote Paté 1.2 oz (34 g)
- Apple Cider Vinegar 0.8 oz (23 g)
- Liquid Smoke 0.17 oz (5 g)
- Salt 2 g
Directions
- Preheat water bath to 150 F.
- Combine sauce mix into blender and mix thoroughly.
- Pre-sear chicken (optional)
- Add 4 oz of sauce and chicken to bag, seal.
- Cook for 1-3 hours at 150 F.
Finishing Steps
- Pour sauce from bag and reduce over medium heat.
- Grill
- Slice chicken and serve with reduced sauce.
