  • Step 1

    Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 140.0ºF / 60.0ºC.

  • Step 2

    Add lamb to bag and cook for 1 1/2 hours on 140. Add lamb to water only when temperature is reached.

    • Step 0

      Remove from sous vide bag. Pat dry and ready for cast iron pan.

    • Step 1

      Heat cast iron pan until smoking. Sear none side up until brown

    • Step 2

      Add butter, rosemary and garlic to cast iron pan
