Directions

  1. Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 140.0ºF / 60.0ºC.
  2. Add lamb to bag and cook for 1 1/2 hours on 140. Add lamb to water only when temperature is reached.

  1. Remove from sous vide bag. Pat dry and ready for cast iron pan.
  2. Heat cast iron pan until smoking. Sear none side up until brown
  3. Add butter, rosemary and garlic to cast iron pan
