Ingredients for 8

  • 4 lbs Pork butt/shoulder roast

  • Salt

  • Sweet and spicy rub

Directions

  • Step 1

    Place roast in ziplock bag

  • Step 2

    Sprinkle generously with salt. Run over meat.

  • Step 3

    Sprinkle about 1/4 cup rub over the roast. Rub into meat.

  • Step 4

    Refrigerate roast overnight.

  • Step 5

    Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 165.0ºF / 73.9ºC.

  • Step 6

    Place roast in cooker. And displace air in the bag. Cook for 24 hours.

  • Step 7

    Carefully take meat out of the bag. It should fall apart easily. Shred with 2 forks. Serve as you wish.
