Directions

  1. Place roast in ziplock bag
  2. Sprinkle generously with salt. Run over meat.
  3. Sprinkle about 1/4 cup rub over the roast. Rub into meat.
  4. Refrigerate roast overnight.
  5. Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 165.0ºF / 73.9ºC.
  6. Place roast in cooker. And displace air in the bag. Cook for 24 hours.
  7. Carefully take meat out of the bag. It should fall apart easily. Shred with 2 forks. Serve as you wish.
