Pulled pork that can be used for
1-bbq pulled pork buns with rays bbq sauce.
2- burritos bowls or tacos
3. Hoisin and green onion on a steam rice bun

Ingredients
- 4 lbs Pork butt/shoulder roast
- Salt
- Sweet and spicy rub
Directions
- Place roast in ziplock bag
- Sprinkle generously with salt. Run over meat.
- Sprinkle about 1/4 cup rub over the roast. Rub into meat.
- Refrigerate roast overnight.
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 165.0ºF / 73.9ºC.
- Place roast in cooker. And displace air in the bag. Cook for 24 hours.
- Carefully take meat out of the bag. It should fall apart easily. Shred with 2 forks. Serve as you wish.
