  • Pork neck 2,5 kg

  • Coleslaw homemade

  • Bbq sauce

  • White buns

Directions

  • Step 1

    Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 176.0ºF / 80.0ºC.

  • Step 2

    Season meat with mustard and pulled pork spices

  • Step 3

    Smoke over low temp indirect heat 120C for 3 hrs

  • Step 4

    Take a few beers and sit back

  • Step 5

    Vacuum seal portions of meat (I cut the meat in 4 section)

  • Step 6

    Cook in sous vide for 10-12 hrs
