- Pork neck 2,5 kg
- Coleslaw homemade
- Bbq sauce
- White buns
Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 176.0ºF / 80.0ºC.
- Season meat with mustard and pulled pork spices
- Smoke over low temp indirect heat 120C for 3 hrs
- Take a few beers and sit back
- Vacuum seal portions of meat (I cut the meat in 4 section)
- Cook in sous vide for 10-12 hrs
