  1. Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 176.0ºF / 80.0ºC.
  2. Season meat with mustard and pulled pork spices
  3. Smoke over low temp indirect heat 120C for 3 hrs
  4. Take a few beers and sit back
  5. Vacuum seal portions of meat (I cut the meat in 4 section)
  6. Cook in sous vide for 10-12 hrs
