Subsequently vacuumsealed in the sousvide for 8hrs
The pork was super soft and easily pulled.
From the fluids in the bag a small amount was added for flavor to the pulled meat
Served on a bun with homemade coleslaw (white cabbage; carrots; red onion; sourcream mayo)
