Ingredients for 1

  • 2 Cups Water

  • 2 Cups White Vinegar

  • 25 Grams Salt

  • 100 Grams Sugar

  • 6 Kirby Cucumbers Halved

  • Head of Garlic

  • Fresh Dill

  • Bay Leaves

  • Allspice Berries

  • Mustard Seeds

  • Whole Cloves

  • Whole Peppercorns

  • Red Pepper Flakes

Directions

  • Step 1

    Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 140.0ºF / 60.0ºC.

  • Step 2

    Make a brine with water and vinegar then dissolve in the sugar and salt

  • Step 3

    Place Herbs then Cucumbers in a Mason Jar. Then fill with Brine leaving 1 cm of head room

  • Step 4

    Place the pickles in the sous vide for 2.5 hours

  • Step 5

    Remove from Sous vide and cool to room temperature before chilling overnight in a refridgerator
