Ingredients
- 2 Cups Water
- 2 Cups White Vinegar
- 25 Grams Salt
- 100 Grams Sugar
- 6 Kirby Cucumbers Halved
- Head of Garlic
- Fresh Dill
- Bay Leaves
- Allspice Berries
- Mustard Seeds
- Whole Cloves
- Whole Peppercorns
- Red Pepper Flakes
Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 140.0ºF / 60.0ºC.
- Make a brine with water and vinegar then dissolve in the sugar and salt
- Place Herbs then Cucumbers in a Mason Jar. Then fill with Brine leaving 1 cm of head room
- Place the pickles in the sous vide for 2.5 hours
- Remove from Sous vide and cool to room temperature before chilling overnight in a refridgerator
