  1. Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 140.0ºF / 60.0ºC.
  2. Make a brine with water and vinegar then dissolve in the sugar and salt
  3. Place Herbs then Cucumbers in a Mason Jar. Then fill with Brine leaving 1 cm of head room
  4. Place the pickles in the sous vide for 2.5 hours
  5. Remove from Sous vide and cool to room temperature before chilling overnight in a refridgerator
