650g Prime rib
Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 140.0ºF / 60.0ºC.
Prepare the steak with the salt, pepper, garlic powder and rosemary in both sides
Seal the steak with a tablespoon of butter
Cook for 5 hours and 30 minutes
Sear the steak in a pan or (better) in a skillet with a tablespoon of butter, a garlic clove and fresh rosemary
Let the steak rest for 5~8 minutes before cutting and serving it
