  1. Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 140.0ºF / 60.0ºC.
  2. Prepare the steak with the salt, pepper, garlic powder and rosemary in both sides
  3. Seal the steak with a tablespoon of butter
  4. Cook for 5 hours and 30 minutes

Finishing

  1. Sear the steak in a pan or (better) in a skillet with a tablespoon of butter, a garlic clove and fresh rosemary
  2. Let the steak rest for 5~8 minutes before cutting and serving it
