Potatoe cubes

Ingredients for 0

• 2 tablespoons olive oil

• 500g potatoes, peeled and cut in cubes

• 1 handful parsley

• 1 handful sage

• 1 garlic clove

• 1 teaspoon salt

Directions

• Step 1

  Freeze olive oil in vacuum bag for 30 minutes

• Step 2

  Add ingredients to vacuum bag and vacuum seal

• Step 3

  Cook for 45 minutes
