Ingredients

• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 500g potatoes, peeled and cut in cubes
• 1 handful parsley
• 1 handful sage
• 1 garlic clove
• 1 teaspoon salt

Directions

1. Freeze olive oil in vacuum bag for 30 minutes
2. Add ingredients to vacuum bag and vacuum seal
3. Cook for 45 minutes
