Ingredients for 4

  • 1-2 pound round eye roast

  • Ground garlic

  • 1/2 Red onion

  • Bay leaves

  • Freshly ground black pepper

  • 1/2 block raw cane sugar or brown sugar

  • 2-4 spoons vegetable oil

  • Worcestershire sauce

Directions

  • Step 1

    Add ground garlic, bay leaves, pepper, salt to taste, and a few dashes of worcestershire sauce

  • Step 2

    Add ground raw cane sugar or brown sugar to the bag

  • Step 3

    Add 2-4 spoons vegetable oil to the bag

  • Step 4

    Seal bag and cook for 18 hours on 136 F° for medium rare

      Grill for 1 minute on each side

      Save juices and heat on a skillet for a sweet-finishing sauce.
