1-2 pound round eye roast
Ground garlic
1/2 Red onion
Bay leaves
Freshly ground black pepper
1/2 block raw cane sugar or brown sugar
2-4 spoons vegetable oil
Worcestershire sauce
Directions

Add ground garlic, bay leaves, pepper, salt to taste, and a few dashes of worcestershire sauce

Add ground raw cane sugar or brown sugar to the bag

Add 2-4 spoons vegetable oil to the bag

Seal bag and cook for 18 hours on 136 F° for medium rare
