Ingredients

Directions

  1. Add ground garlic, bay leaves, pepper, salt to taste, and a few dashes of worcestershire sauce
  2. Add ground raw cane sugar or brown sugar to the bag
  3. Add 2-4 spoons vegetable oil to the bag
  4. Seal bag and cook for 18 hours on 136 F° for medium rare

Finishing Steps

  1. Grill for 1 minute on each side
  2. Save juices and heat on a skillet for a sweet-finishing sauce.
