Ingredients
- 1-2 pound round eye roast
- Ground garlic
- 1/2 Red onion
- Bay leaves
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 block raw cane sugar or brown sugar
- 2-4 spoons vegetable oil
- Worcestershire sauce
Directions
- Add ground garlic, bay leaves, pepper, salt to taste, and a few dashes of worcestershire sauce
- Add ground raw cane sugar or brown sugar to the bag
- Add 2-4 spoons vegetable oil to the bag
- Seal bag and cook for 18 hours on 136 F° for medium rare
Finishing Steps
- Grill for 1 minute on each side
- Save juices and heat on a skillet for a sweet-finishing sauce.
