Directions

  • Step 1

    Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 140.0ºF / 60.0ºC.

  • Step 2

    Weigh the tenderloin and cook for one hour per pound

  • Step 3

    Season meat with salt and pepper before sealing bag

  • Step 4

    Add to Sous vide once temperature reached 140

    • Step 0

      Stovetop brown and add optional seasonings

    • Step 1

      Strain liquid from bag into pan for added moisturize

    • Step 2

      Heat through thoroughly before serving.

    • Step 3

      Serve with pork gravy for added flavor
