- Kosher salt

- Onion chopped or powder
- Garlic minced
- Thyme
- Rosemary
- Oregano
Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 140.0ºF / 60.0ºC.
- Weigh the tenderloin and cook for one hour per pound
- Season meat with salt and pepper before sealing bag
- Add to Sous vide once temperature reached 140
- Stovetop brown and add optional seasonings
- Strain liquid from bag into pan for added moisturize
- Heat through thoroughly before serving.
- Serve with pork gravy for added flavor
