  1. Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 140.0ºF / 60.0ºC.
  2. Weigh the tenderloin and cook for one hour per pound
  3. Season meat with salt and pepper before sealing bag
  4. Add to Sous vide once temperature reached 140

  1. Stovetop brown and add optional seasonings
  2. Strain liquid from bag into pan for added moisturize
  3. Heat through thoroughly before serving.
  4. Serve with pork gravy for added flavor
