  • Adams Spice Company, Adams Reserve, House All Purpose Rub

Directions

  • Step 1

    Pat dry tenderloin with paper towel.

  • Step 2

    Cover all sides with dry rub of choice, we added a bit of salt as well.

    Sous Vide at 140deg for 2hrs
