- Pork Tenderloin (1 to 1-1/2 lb)
- Adams Spice Company, Adams Reserve, House All Purpose Rub
Directions
- Pat dry tenderloin with paper towel.
- Cover all sides with dry rub of choice, we added a bit of salt as well.
- Sous Vide at 140deg for 2hrs
Finishing Steps
- Sear all sides 30sec in hot skillet.
