Directions

  • Step 1

    Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 140.0ºF / 60.0ºC.

  • Step 2

    Season pork tenderloin liberally with lawry’s coarse ground garlic salt, lightly with Italian seasoning and Cajun seasoning

  • Step 3

    Vac seal as you prefer

  • Step 4

    After 3-5 hours in the water bath, dry meat and sear as desired (I used a torch.
