  2. Season pork tenderloin liberally with lawry’s coarse ground garlic salt, lightly with Italian seasoning and Cajun seasoning
  3. Vac seal as you prefer
  4. After 3-5 hours in the water bath, dry meat and sear as desired (I used a torch.
