Ingredients
- 1 porn tenderloin
- Lawry’s coarse ground garlic salt
- Italian seasoning
- McCormick perfect pinch Cajun seasoning
Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 140.0ºF / 60.0ºC.
- Season pork tenderloin liberally with lawry’s coarse ground garlic salt, lightly with Italian seasoning and Cajun seasoning
- Vac seal as you prefer
- After 3-5 hours in the water bath, dry meat and sear as desired (I used a torch.
