Ingredients for 4
Pork chops. Bone in. Fat trimmed. 1” thick
1 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup Dijon mustard
1 tsp English mustard powder
2 tbs fresh lemon juice
Club House Pork spice
Directions

Step 1
Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 130.0ºF / 54.4ºC.

Step 2
Mix all ingredients together. Leave out spice.

Step 3
Coat chop with sauce. Cover lightly with pork spice and place in individual bag

Step 4
Divide remaining sauce mix into 4 bags

Step 5
Cook for min. 2 hrs @ 130F

Grill

Step 0
Heat grill to max. Brown each side. About 1-2 minutes per side depending on BBQ

Serve with scalloped potatoes and sauerkraut
